PATIENT ACCESS RE-SIGN UP
How to Re-Sign up to Patient Access
- If you are a Toft Road or Manchester Road patient and you are struggling to get back on to patient access please can you first of all contact your surgery for a new code/linkage key.
- First of all you need to Sign in to Patient Access using the details you have always used (this needs to be the email address and not account ID)
- Select your name in the top right-hand corner, then ‘My Account’.
- Scroll down on the Account settings screen, then select ‘Link to practice’.
- Enter the postcode – WA16 8HR.
- Select the surgery from the search results, this may come up as Knutsford Medical Partnership or Annandale Medical Centre. (DO NOT CLICK MANCHESTER ROAD OR TOFT ROAD)
- It will then ask if you have received a registration letter from your practice, if you have received your linkage key/code you need to select YES.
- Then follow the next steps to complete.
- If this doesn’t work for you, please contact patient access directly for support.
