At Knutsford Medical Partnership, we strive to provide a supportive and safe environment for our LGBTQ+ patients and staff.

Due to our commitment to improve our service and create a more inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ people, we are continually looking to improve our services.

We would like to ask all our patients who identify as LGBTQ+ to let us know how we can continue to improve our service to you.

If you need any help or support, please do ask a member of our team.

Support from LGBT Foundation

Our practices are supported by LGBT Foundation’s Pride in Practice service to improve the experiences of LGBTQ+ people accessing primary care services.

If you are part of the LGBTQ+ community and would like to have your say in the future of LGBTQ+ healthcare, please consider taking part in  the Pride in Practice Patient Experience Survey – https://form.jotform.com/242603515677358

The data you fill out will go to an external organisation Pride in Practice which is separate to KMP.
