The Knutsford support group was set up with the aim of supporting the local community amid the COVID-19 outbreak. Their team of volunteers can help you with: shopping, dog walking, employer and employee legal advice, signposting you to other services, food bank drop-off, collecting prescriptions – or just someone to speak to if you’re feeling lonely

This is now a self referral service, patients no longer need to see a doctor first. You can either obtain a referral form in the surgery’s waiting rooms, or call the service. Their number is 01625 508598, and they are available between 10am – 4pm.
Phone your midwife for faster access to maternity care. All you need to do is call 01625 661163 (Monday to Friday between 9:00am-2:30pm). A healthcare professional will chat with you and provide you with important information. There is an answerphone service where you can leave your details and they will get back to you within 2 working days.
Transport to hospitals is only available at the discretion of the doctor. Please ask the receptionist at the surgery if you have difficulties with transport.
Voluntary Transport Service
The Knutsford Good Neighbours scheme is run by a group of volunteers to assist patients who are in genuine need. For example; help with collecting prescriptions, filling in forms, transport to the surgery or community hospitals, relief for carers etc.
