Accurx

Accurx is a messaging service that provides a direct line of contact between staff and patients. Accurx allows the surgery to send a text message to your personal mobile number.

Our clinicians can send specific clinical information and questionnaires to you. The clinicians can also use accrurx to do secure video triage consultations with patients. A patient also has the opportunity to send an image of something the GP may need to see (e.g a skin lesion). We also use it to send information to patients such as Flu Clinics.

Accurx is secure and complies with GDPR.
