Patient Participation Group

The PPG support the practices on promoting health, feeding back ideas and suggestions on our services and engaging with the local community to share information. The PPG would love you to come along to one of their meetings or sign up as a member.

Each practice has their own PPG, however with the merge the 3 PPG’s are now meeting regularly together.

Once we have received your sign up form, we will send you a letter of acknowledgment along with a confidentiality statement for you to read and sign.

The information you supply us will be used lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to know what information is held about you and sets out rules to make sure that this information is handled properly.
