Knutsford Medical Partnership Important Notice for Manchester Road Patients
Manchester Road Medical Centre’s computer system has now been migrated to the main Knutsford Medical Partnership system. Unfortunately, this meant that all on line patient access for Manchester Road patients has been lost and will need to be reset.
1. Please logon to patient access with the same details that you have always used at the source site.
2. You should then see a message saying ‘your practice has disabled online access….’, followed by please supply a postcode or the name of the practice that you want to link to.
3. Please then search for the Target site postcode ( this is WA16 8HR – Annandale. DO NOT ENTER MANCHESTER RD’S POSTCODE) and select the newly merged practice that you want to link to.
4. Next you will then see a question asking if you have received a registration letter from your practice? You should pick NO.
5. Finally you then complete the normal confirmation questions including name, date of birth, postcode and address > this will then create an inactive account at the target practice.
You will be sent an email with your linkage key to complete the registration.
