Knutsford Medical Partnership IMPORTANT NOTICE – on Friday 12th June at 1.00pm Manchester Roads system computer system will go off line until 8.00 am on Tuesday 16th June (including the weekend).
This is to enable an upgrade and migration to a new Knutsford Medical Partnership system. During this period they will only be able to deal with emergency on the day appointments.
The NHS 111 service is available for anything that we cannot deal with and 999 can be called for life threatening emergencies.
They will NOT be able to issue any prescriptions electronically so we ask that you ensure you have sufficient stock to cover this period.
All on line Patient Access for Manchester Road Patients will be terminated as unfortunately the information cannot be transferred to the new system. From Tuesday 16th June we would request that you re-sign up to the on line Patient Access facility by downloading the NHS App.
We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and our staff will do all that they can to assist you during this time.
